From page 2 and the reason why I don't do shots myself anymore...

Anyway.
Shots I took this patch, completely unedited. No setting changes. Radeon 6870s.
No editing of photos, no driver stuff, no changes of game files. MWO raw with settings on very high -- sadly very high doesn't do anything beyond high/medium settings.
Hopefully Lordred can make them beautiful.
Of the 100+ images I took, only a few made it here and not because I was selective or only wanted the best. It was because they were the ones that didn't have the motion blur (ghost images) effect going on. The image I left in this quote was the only one that did 'slip through'. But this goes to show how OLD this problem is. Most people don't report it because they aren't taking still images. However, this has been a problem for me since Direct X 11 was originally disabled in closed beta.

Though I wouldn't know what would be reportable and what wouldn't.
I have found a few image glitches in the mechlab looking over that as I type this though - weird black bars on my Atlas' arm.

Set all graphic settings to desired settings.
Run MSAA or TXAA if your hardware allows, this removes image ghosting completely.
To remove ghosting with NoAA set.
1: Set AA to PostAA
2: Launch match
3: At start of match change AA to NoAA
4: Enjoy no ghosting.
5: Repeat every match.
I have been banging my head playing the CVAR's to try to fix this, but this appears to be the only way to do so, I mostly want to use the NoAA setting so I can then brute force the AA of my choice.

Is it sad that I haven't even really noticed those issues unless I sit down and compare my screenshots to yours?
