I wonder who that damn sexy Centurion could be!

PS: That FlamerJack was a hell of a nuisance, absolutely wrecking cohesion and giving our Awesome a damned hard time; hence the seeming overkill in the screenshot. ;) Well played by whoever it was (I can't remember).

Thank god AC/10s give very few f*cks about heat! I was red-lining mine the whole time.

Edit note:

Going through the folder makes it clear that this rather spectacular carnage was also me:

Poor stripped Hunchie :D

From the reject pile, the following were my favourites:

Awesomes are terrifying, stock.

Just an all-around cool shot.

"Are you lookin' at me? Are YOU lookin' at ME? Do you see that Black Jack? Do YOU want a piece of this?"

(I actually almost planted an AC/10 right into the cameraman there. Adrenaline was puuuumpin'!)

I, once again, want to thank Lordred for documenting this event. These shots are amazing.

That is the most menacing picture of a Centurion I have seen in a long time. I love how threatening that mech looks, and feels. Now I know why it's called "Centurion"

B277.
B280
B283 looks like the Awesome is knocking the Stalker down.
B333 is a good group shot.
Griffins are rare. B374 is a good shot.
B381 is a good laser shot.
B391, 392, 393 are all good shots of me.
B396 reminds me of "Fright Night" All Systems Nominal.
B406 is a hilarious image "I'm the enemy and no one notices me, doo-do-doo...
B411 is where he gets caught.

Your welcome, while everyone may not agree with me, I 'pull' the ones I consider to be the best of the bunch.

I know, those Cents are just damn agressive looking when you get a good 3/4 shot on em.

Woo, several shots of my orange/black Raven 4X made it on Canyon Network. Thanks for the shots Lordred. Also, Hunchback lance ftw.

Edit: I didn't know MWO could look so pretty...

A lot of people don't know it can look this good. I would insert grumbling but that wont get us anywhere, we just have to hope they better optimize the game, and add more options for the high end players.

Present settings in user.cfg
Spoiler

With DX11 enabled, there appears to be no way to properly disable the motion blur on items while in motion, previously the postAA and EdgeAA commands would disable this, PGI has either decided to lock those commands or it is a bug introduced with the re-implementation of DX11.

And the only way I can get rid of motion blur on items that are moving is to use their version of MSAA (very inefficient) or TXAA (fairly inefficient) I still get better looking images using AA forced on a driver level, however unless I am using MSAA or TXAA via the game client, I get motion blur.

I would consider looking into forcing FXAA through the client, but altering game files is a major nono so I am stuck playing with the user.cfg, finding what setting work, and which don't and playing with my display driver.

Out of the 10/9/9 shots, I love the second picture under the first spoiler with the Jagermech. It looks like the pilot is hellbent on getting the kill shot even though it looks like his mech is sliding out from under him on icy terrain.

I think someone in our group filmed the matches/took screenshots. I would love to see these as well!

This really motivates me to play MWO again, now I just want to farm to get more mechs for Stock mondays.

I like the new screenshots, also noticed that when the Raven fired it's lasers, the lasers came from just over where the light is supposed to be emitted from.

Damage is only registered on the score board in whole numbers. (This is why ER LL damage is so INFLATED, so many decimals).

Collide into an enemy that dies soon after. Produce damage but less than 1.

Best score I ever seen was 2 kills and 1 damage dealt.

AMAZING topic, went through every page and there are many, many awsome screens. I tried to add some of my own mechs but they were redacted for being to sexy and awsome for public viewing. :)
