Out Of Bounds Issue, D2 In River City [Night]

I just caused two deaths on River City, my own and a teammate's. I was following him up the hill at D2, going into "upper" city. Doing this, one is out of bounds for a moment. Because I was too close behind, he collided with me when he started backing up. After about 5 seconds (not 10) we were both dead. I didn't even have the "Out of Bounds" warning on my screen when I died.

Please either move the boundary out, put a large wall there so we can see on the ground (not just the map) where the boundary is, or make that hill vertical so we don't climb it. River City Night may have the same issue.

(Silly question: Does the out of bounds countdown timer get reset when one gets back in bounds?)

I have reported this before as well; this boundary really needs to be moved back about 10-20 meters.
