I Voted yes simply because I'm getting tired of the 6ppc, 2x a/c or whatever other cheese builds I keep getting 2 shotted by.

I know that customization is a huge part of Mechwarrior, but I would rather play in a stock mech that overheats and does next to no damage, than one of these one shot min/max mechs, because at least the stocker would be built in the spirit of the game.

Until the devs figure a way to get rid of this alpha strike nonsense, I would appreciate a game mode that is actually fun to play.

I think it would be fine as a choice of game mode with no elo, best pilot vs best pilot. Might be a nice place for noobs to start. Wheres our global chat pgi??
