I actually had one of those lol.

I'm using a Logitech M-750, set to "Centepede" levels of speed Float. Been using it or the wired equiv for like 10+ years.

I ran a HOTAS early in the game. With LRM's it was ******* great. PPC? Not so much.

I typically run a razor nostromo and gaming mouse for most things these days.

wish I had the independant left hand dexterity to use a Nostromo. Ive had the pinky, ring and middle fingers on that hand in turn crushed and electrocuted so I dont have the contol necessary, Ive tried it, I have one, I just cant use like half the keys on it -.-
Its easier on a full keyboard for me lol

Pretty sure no progamer would be caught dead with the mouse the OP pictured.

And it's funny had some already dead "progamer" backseating driving me in my Jager the other week telling me how I needed to stop using a joystick if I wanted to be any good. Mind you I was using my m+kb, but had the 4fps bug. Also mind that the pro was already dead with no kills, along with his 4 man team, and that crappy joystick player and one other useless been put had to win the match still.

So basically, I think the op is pretty pointless. Especially since what you see in a cockpit at one ping rate is NOT what the person you are ghosting sees at another ping. I've had people tell me to learn how to aim, because on their computer it looked like I was missing, yet I ended the match with over an 80% hit ratio.

Tldr?

It might not be just keyboard users. They might be trying to aim with a joystick, too.
