Anyone go a remedy for the sudden low FPS? It gets so bad sometimes that the game freezes on me on many occasions. Which is unfortunate for my recording.

Update all drivers, and if that doesn't fix it, try lowering settings or reinstalling.

The most recent patch almost completely eliminated FPS drops for me.

Playing less, mostly only if someone else is on, mostly lasers. Cannot hit the broad side of a barn while running around with anything else.

Fine FPS here? Sorry I can't relate.

Nvidia 560TI
Amd Phenom II x6 1090T clocked to 4.0ghz
16gb RAM

Not awesome specs but not bad. I run 1920x1080 at Medium except for AA and get 30-40fps consistently. All I can say is update drivers and make sure you're keeping ram clear.

I have AMD Radeon HD 7900 series. Two weeks ago, I used to run 1920x1080 at highest with no lag. Now it is very bad. Driver is updated.

Unfortunately it may be an issue with AMD Radeons and the latest patch? Have you tried dropping settings temporarily?

I bet you have had your fps dip too, except it was more like a dip from 120 to like 95-100. Since you run V-sync you wouldn't notice it.

On my Desktop (i5 3570K @ 4.6Ghz, GTX 670) I haven't noticed any dips either, but on my laptop, I've dropped 10-15 fps. I used to run 55-60fps on my laptop, now it's like 40-55.

Still rolling at 20-40 FPS with my relic (Core2 Quad Q9400 @ 2.66, two GTX 560 ti, 4GB DDR2, 310.54 drivers) bout the same performance as last patch. Only bug I run into that affects FPS is that "tetris map" bug, but nothing like the CTD's or blackscreens.

Try the "trial-and-error" method with different drivers and video settings? Or just tough it out til next patch hehe :)

Every few matches I have to reset the client to get acceptable FPS again. Maps such as the 'acid one' always run very slow no matter the detail level selected. But it is OK, the game is A A A and those who can afford the good rigs are fine. There is no such thing as society.

No difference with my geforce. Maybe the radeon is to blame?

With the warping lagging and hud bugs and crash to desktops I've been coping by playing L4D2. Actually it looks like my community of players are jumping ship towards being an over all gaming community rather than a MWO merc community.
