Sales and event's like this might be more meaningful if you involved the free to play players. You keep on wanting to reach out to the casual player base and all so maybe include a cbill discount next time.

I'd LOVE to buy a Cyan so I could make a "Lyra" paint scheme but I don't have the MC for it, I'd buy more but why would I spend money on a game that I can't even play right now. Congrats, that's another sale lost.

30% is not 50%, so I sadly won't buy any of those assaults.

On the other hand, I suppose it's about time I start adding to my camo options, and 50% of there is perfect.

Not going to comment on the reduced MC price for mechs because I don't buy mechs with MC.

I like when you put a palette of paints on sale. Good idea. But, the Cyan palette is one of the weakest next to Yellow or Orange. Your best palettes to put on sale would be Red, Green (done), Blue, Purple, and Grey/Black/White. Those ones have the best selection of diverse and useful colors.

Would you please stop putting a weight class specific pattern sale out right before another chassis in that same weight class comes out? Do it after and you would sell more because everyone wants to dress up their new mech.

The plural of atlas is atlases, look it up.

You can also make a fair argument that Atlantes is a useful plural in this instance.

The client splash screen before you click the PLAY button... says "Woodland Heavy Unlock"... shouldn't that say Assault?

just pointing that out...

but otherwise time to get some colors!

Cyan is a losers "Lyran" set of colors, unlike the uncompromising Red and Black of the Combine, Blues speak of a softer sort of nation, one that is composed of merchants not warriors, that wins through trickery and dishonorable deeds rather than through the honest and simple rules of bushido,

"Never stray from the Way.” Preparing for your old age by gathering wealth while abandoning your honor...How can one live this way. Blue is the color of greed and fear of death. A compromising color, pretty in the sky or in the water, but not the color of a warrior.

Hence the reason the Lyrans have the Sword of Davion to protect them from the Snakes...

exactly. Every dictionary I have looked into in this past half hour says "atlases" as the most common plural of the word atlas. There is no book where it says "atlai", not even as a possibility

A long time ago in a galaxy one click in here there was a topic of deep discussion about the proper plural of Atlas. It was actually quite entertaining to follow. I believe the favored outcome was Atlai  . At least it seems to tune thru my vocal cords well and uses less storage space on the servers  .

Whats a dictionary?
We have been magically swept away to a far future into an uncharted galaxy where we all brawl it over which decendants of Terra get to control the small space spanning light years over thousands of planets using bohemoth machines run by fusion reactors that can fire automobile size ammo at blazing speeds while thrusting through the air and never falling down because our helmets are neurologically linked to the balance system of an electrical based muscular mass that produces a death load of heat and my techs can't seem to keep the air conditioner working even though test tube grown warriors who are the idea of a once great force who left this known space hundreds of years ago are about to invade and kill us all because they think we are crazy.

Yep, Atlai FTW! :)

The whole point of sales is for them to make money. If you're grinding, then you're going to have to continue grinding. I can guarantee, there will NEVER be a CB related sale. It would make no sense. Why would they need to support grinding? That's the equivalent of raising the prices on their MC, it would be stupid on their part.

Hmm, the "Sword" of Hanse Davion did more than protect them. 40+ year old guy marrying an 18 year old girl...no that's not seedy...

With my AS-7D and AS7-K I now have Atlases.!
Sorry, but Atlai sound sort of like a 15 year old dungeon and dragon player's name for his new sexy, all female, elven race with + 5 in all abilities.and glowing swords.

The best way to solve the atlases vs atlai vs atlantes vs octopodes is via this video.

TL;DW

Atlai would be correct if we spoke Latin.

Atlantes would be correct if we spoke Greek.

Since we're speaking(typing) English, Atlases is the correct plural.

Then again, language is what you make it, so if you really want to say Atlai, go for it! (just know that you have no leg to stand on, grammar-wise)

Still TL;DR

Octopedes forever.

No, in latin Atlas is part of the 3rd declension masculin, so that means Atlantes

And in Ancient greek it would be the same. As per the s declension Άτλαντες just like Άραβες

lol, I can't believe you're having this indepth of a talk on the plural of atlas. I mean, everything is spelled correctly on messageboards... you think people really believe 'o hai' has some linguistic validity or they just do it in some odd sense of 'fun'? Atlai is similar.

I would take advantage of this sale, but there are no Highlander variants available that I might want.

Oh, wait, there are no Highlander variants posted yet. (Of course, that's what everybody would buy if there were, eh!)

Good thing we don't speak Latin, eh! The english plural would be Atlases anyway. Atlai is just an unsophisticated construction. Like misspelling "too" as "to" (as in "to much" when it should be "too much") or "your" as "ur" (as in "ur doing it wrong").

You're only mad because Hanse got his "sword" there before Theodore's "snake" ;)
