Greetings!!!
A friend of mine is having following issue and i haven't found anything similar yet but i keep on searching.

His point of view: The match is going absolutely normal, he can walk, shoot and so on. But if he shoots at an enemy that enemy takes no damage. It even seems that noone can see him cause noone shoots at him.

The teams point of view: His Mech is stuck in a wall and does nothing.

He semms to be having this all the time he trys to play.
Any good ideas?

Likely loss of connection, bad connection or packet loss. Is he behind a firewall?

I had this once when my connection got disrupted halfway through a game, everyone else were standing still while I run around normally.

He will try that with the firewall. But its still not the same thing that it is when the connection gets lost. Well, we will see what effect the deactivated firewall will have.

Not necessarily with the last major patch but at the time of the last patch everyone has been experiencing severe packet loss. I had one match where I THOUGHT I was with everyone else in Alphine but a minute later I was almost in the middle of the enemy who was coming at them at a 90 degrees angle, and I was being blasted to smithereens.

It's possibly his Router/Modem, its cracked and he gets a new one in the next dasys. I let ya know if the problem still appears.
