The Raven seems a little overpowered right now. maybe once ballistics it will get better, but if not, I propose that you make the legs a little longer, and adjust the hitbox accordingly.

all of the lights and the raven are disproportionatle small. the commando should be 2/3 the height of the atlas +/_ 10-20% for design tweaks. and all the others proportionate. (the jenner is a special exception as it's Torso is horizontal...) this is simple geometry. in TT the heights we ok because it's an abstracted system this isn't so this scale this is very bad.
take any object and heduce it height and keep all other dimension proportionate and the volume is 1/8 ot the starting volume. so the Commando would only pull about 12.5 tons at it's current scale.

Actually, the 'Mechs did vary significantly in terms of height...

I posted that in a thread on exactly this same subject back in February 2012.
Note how the 25-ton Commando comes to the waist of the 95-ton Banshee.
My conclusion then was that the Commando was on the order of ~7.93 meters (~26.01 feet) tall and the Banshee was on the order of ~11.33 meters (~37.17 feet) tall, if we assume a height of 1.7 meters (approximately 5'7", the midpoint of the range of average heighs for modern human males as of February 2012) for the human next to the Banshee.
And in a separate thread, I posted the estimate of a TT Centurion (50-ton Medium 'Mech; the TT version is much more upright and humanoid than the MWO rendition) being about 10 meters (~32.08 feet) tall, based on normal human proportions and the Centurion's head being about the size of a large Mini (1.35 meters (~4.42 feet) tall, 1.40 meters (~4.59 feet) wide, and 3.30 meters (~10.82 feet) long).
Then, there can be particularly tall 'Mechs - the Atlas (~18 meters tall for MWO) and the Annihilator being prominent examples.
Also:
Though, I believe there are some other threads where the actual MWO heights were actually retrieved from the in-game assets.
The point being: it stands to reason that some 'Mechs (particularly those less-humanoid, "hunched-over" designs like the Raven and Jenner) could be significantly shorter than upright designs of close to the same mass like the Commando and Spider.

Hello,
BattleMechs range in height from 8 to 14 meters. The average height of a BattleMech hovers around the 11-12 meter area.

No need to mess with its size if they ever get knockdowns back in as it would mess with it.
