The only thing that has helped me is Alt-Tabbing out of the game and coming back to it.

There is a bug that happens randomly to me, I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but here it is. I'll be in combat or walking and this orange (the only thing I can describe it as) overlay that is about 50% to 75% transparent. Not only that the HUD text size grows larger and are in random places.
The only thing that has helped me is Alt-Tabbing out of the game and coming back to it.

If it happens again, try taking a screenshot and submitting a ticket, if you haven't already. Good luck.
