Well, I think I've got a new name for my upcoming KFX-purifier.

Manhattan Project.

I name my Dakka-mechs after Old West celebrities (like Hickock, Cody, Calamity) and laser boats after kitchen appliances such as toaster ovens and grills.

I have most of my clan mech's named after mission names from MW2. The others I try to name them to reflect their chassis in some way. Some other favorites:

SDR-5V - "Icarus" - flies too high
RVN-3L - "Dawn Alarm" - wakeup call
JM6-DD - "Steel Rain" - because machineguns\
CN9-A - "Grave Matter" - (zombiemech)
UM-R60L - "Cibola Burn" - ...because the Trashcan Man
My crabs - "Dada-chuk, Dada-chum, Dada-chee"
CDA-3M- "Silent Spring" - ECM, the Rachel Carson book

I have only realized that you can name your mechs individually.

Better late then never I guess. Posted Image

As for me and my 4 Mad Dogs, I have simply named them Snarl, Fetch, Growl and Howl.

I don't know what to name the Jenner IIC which I have been piloting lately.
