Idk why just felt like a fitting name, its the only mech i named out of the ~35 i own(ed).
Yeah I heard guys often get so attached to their Wang they tend to name it.
OT, my DDC was named The Baus but frankly with the SRM nerf it's more middle management now. My HBK-SP I dubbed Notre Dame and my so hardpoint balanced JM6-S is the ZenJager. The other names are kinda unimaginative so I'll not bore you with them.

Almost all of mine are as well, until I know I can safely rename them as much as I want, which is supposedly one of the features in UI 2.0 along with being able to re-order them in your bays and see their current camo and colors represented in the thumbnails.

DRG-FLAME: Koujin (should've named it Kokoujin instead)
RVN-3L: 3L-Raptor
RVN-4X: Silverstone (another reference)
RVN-2X: Corvus-2X
JM6-S: JM6-Mauser-S
AWS-8T: Vysage-8T

I have a habit of adding the variant-model code to the nicknames to make it easier to discern in the list. I didn't name my CTF-4X or JR7-F/K or AS7-K.
