Keep in mind that the rage chat is a person who is already dead and needs something to blame other than themselves. They aren't really angry at you and are simply venting at the nearest object.

But joining a 4-man is really the way to go. You will learn the weapon systems, tactics and teamwork in a stunning short time. Then you may go back to PUGing and lament the lack of all three. (PUG = pick up game)

Oh, and people keep saying screenshot. Run a completely separate tool for that. There is no in-game screenshot key. I use FRAPS, the free version.

The best thing to do is not take the game seriously and just quietly chuckle to yourself whenever you see someone attempting to flame you.

Yeah, there's a ton of flaming in this game but most of it comes from a small handful that seem to be on 24/7 and take things way too seriously.

Personally I'd avoid the big Factions and join a merc corps. Factions are just chock full of people who take the game more seriously than their actual jobs.
