You people and your crustaceans and mythical gods. What I want is the Annihilator. I want my quad AC/10 dakka mech from hell.

Which would then be changed into a quad gauss from actual hell, one shotting everyone arround because it could.

No thanks.

heres one for you:ZEU-X3 - An experimental variant that deviated greatly from the design philosophy of the basic Zeus, the 3X model carried an ER PPC and four ER Medium Lasers as its weapons. The 'Mech was also armored with fourteen and a half tons of standard armor. The X3 also used the XXL engine of the Zeus X. The true uniqueness of the design came in its use of Improved Jump Jets. The X3 could jump up to 240 meters, which rivaled the jumping capability of any light 'Mech. This combination of heavy armor, speed and firepower made the X3 the nightmare of any light or medium 'Mech and could outmaneuver any heavy or assault 'Mechs. BV (1.0) = 1,992[11], BV (2.0) = 2,189

It would be nice to see the Zeus as the next Assault mech. A fast and maneuverable 80 tonner with a smaller profile than the Awesome, plenty of standard variants, and some sweet Hero mech options including the Leonidas and the X-variant Stacy. If they can relax the timeline constraint a little to deliver the heroes, it could happen! They don't have to include the crazy experimental tech, just load it with the nearest likeness from among the armament, components and equipment presently in the game for now.

Warhammer is what needs to show, none of this silly battlemaster or zeus stuff. The warhammer is so awesome that they would break the Light Medium Heavy Assault order just to unveil this masterpiece.
I would sell my family for a Warhammer.

I'm resurrecting this one. As a Steiner player? I want a Zeus. And a Banshee (I'd have to be REALLY drunk to pilot it, but still). And a Hatchetman. And...an Orca (but only if I'm the only one in the game allowed to have said 200-ton mech).

But really just the Zeus, which was apparently "sighted" almost five months ago.

Whatever defect it has, it better be fixed now because that is only mech I intend to pilot through the rest of my Steiner career.

ISN News Flash: Developers cancel "Real-Time Timeline", cite "personal issues" as cause. Critics claim cancellation as proof that they promised more than they could deliver. More on this story as it develops.

Or jackbooted fascists putting Europe under their heel and stomping repeatedly, that happens when people cross their fingers and hope for the best.

edit: Remember, this game is having its "Official Launch" in about four weeks.

ZEU-9S - The -9S was an upgrade using Star League technology, adding double heat sinks and eleven tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor. It carried as its main weapon an Defiance 1001 ER PPC. This was backed up for long-range combat by a Defiance 1001 ER PPC and a Defiance 1001 ER PPC. For close combat, the -9S carried two Defiance 1001 ER PPC... The Meta Zeus... :D

Stock Mode or all the 'New' Mechs will be crammed into the Meta.
