Are you referring to the Reseen as in the Project Phoenix designs, or the original artwork that Catalyst claimed it had secured back in 2009? If you're referring to the original designs, Catalyst is treating them as Unseen again as of August 2011, and to my knowledge that has not changed. Full list found here:

I'm referring to Sarna http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Battlemaster, which says
BattleTech now features the BattleMasterprominently again, gracing the covers ofTotal Warfare],TechManual, and theClassic BattleTech Introductory Box Set, due to both a reworking of the artwork and a new agreement between Catalyst Game Labs and the copyright holders, announced on 24 June, 2009.
I'm certainly no expert on the status of the unseen/reseen mechs.

We used to load them up with every type of laser in MW4, and called it the "skittles mech".

The links that both Zynk and I posted are from August 2011, in regards to Catalyst making the ReSeen UnSeen again. That information on Sarna is quite outdated, thus incorrect.

Some of the unseen art assets were redesigned already. Not that that even matters as PGI has stated any 'mechs they add will have a visual remake to give them an updated and more militaristic look.
