I'm just disconnecting and taking another mech, I don't care about my ELO and stats. So let them play alone.

I sneak my DDC around behind them and kick them in the bum.

You guys are funny.

Snipers always have cover near by.

LRMs are useless against mechs in cover.

LRMs have never been the answer to snipers. They punished brawlers trying to close to short range through the open. That's about it.

People say that but it doesnt make any sense to me. Pop tarts invariably stand behind cover.

The natural predators to poptarts is direct fire, high alpha ground builds and good aim. Or clever brawlers. Or multiple lights.

This.

Flanking is your friend. Especially on the larger maps where you can find that one pop-tart that didn't keep up with his team.

Now all we need is the ability to paint an Atlas like the Pillsbury Dough Boy and have it make a "hee hee" sound when you shoot it. Now THAT would be an epic hero mech.

Lol I do that alot! The best part is having them shoot at you while your team advances, or even better, have them waste gauss rounds for nothing

How? They jump up, you get a lock, and then they fall back down under the ridge line and your LRMs loose lock. they walk 10 feet to the left to dogdge what ever missiles will make it over the ridge line and repeat.

You have to learn the way of the bad players, before you can get into an argument with him.
