So I have noticed that a lot of matches the enemy team is dropping with more lights vs my team having none and vice versa. I also think that the current capping method is horrible. There should be an objective that must be taken, (for points of course) before the main base can be capped. This way if the game is heavily out balanced by lights vs heavies, at least a fast heavy or a few can make it back in time to stop the base capping before it occurs. Maybe having a destroy-able wall that surrounds the capping zone, or a machine the can be destroyed to cause walls that guard the base to lower. this open base capping is boring and is useless when you have no lights and the enemy team just sprints for your base while your waiting for a battle to break out.
