Just means we'll be able to fix them with nothing but a set of hex keys.

Only if all your Mech parts were included, and the instructions weren't in Italian/Spanish/Polish.

The reason we survived? We started contracting the armour production out to Nokia.

That's the great thing about Ikea's Mech Division though! They might send all the parts, or only most of them. In any case, they always send extra parts and never tell you how they are supposed to be put together.

Come to think of it, I think that's how the Mad Cat was built... Someone ordered a Cataput, but got extra Hunchback arms.

Maybe the Cauldron-born too? That thing is so ugly there is no way an engineer would purposely design something that lop-sided.

There is one thing going for IKEA mechs,

You sometimes get parts or weapons that don't go with your mech, but somehow fit anyway. I was impressed to see an ATLAS with 20 jumpjets.

True. You can attach everything with just one type of tool in varying sizes.

If that isn't Uber-Tech I don't know what is!

Seeing as a Mech is a pretty large thing... would this not also indicate that it would come with a tiny Restaurang, or a Food section? Because I have heard that IKEA's outside of Sweden have those things to show of Swedish foods and snacks and what not...

Although, it does seem like some IKEA stores in Sweden also have a Restaurang and food section... which seems... strange...

I mean as a Swede I would go to the local regular store or restaurang for that. A Chinese person does not go to a Chines restaurang or Chinese store to eat/bye Chinese food... they go to a store or Restaurang. It would be like if an American (of the US kind) going to a... I dno't know... Ford store to buy their American (of the US kind) food. :P

Anyway... I would love to have a large supply of readily available bags of Estrella Dillchips, or OLW Dill & Gräslök chips (gräslök = chives), in my Mech! ;) When it comes to chips in Sweden, Dillchips is as Swedish as it get's. ^_^ I ate my way through huge amounts of it during the 80's and 90's. I ate my self so sick of them, to the point where I today will feel a bit ill after having eaten them... but I still come back for more... maybe not as much as the 90's, like not even 25% as much, but I still come back for them.

Real men don't need the instructions! They're just a bunch of suggestions, anyways.

I don't know what you've been inhaling but we don't got no free soda. If they want the free soda they got to ask that from the ComStar. ;)

All I've got is hard liquors and meads and other alcoholic beverages. ^_^
And I sure as hell ain't parting with those without a fight, especially to some outside smarmies. :)

While IKEA is a contribution factor (And in all honesty it gets a lot more crap then it deserves) the main reason would be the copious amount of Absolut consumed at any thing even remotely resembling a major holiday or weekend.

And how else are we supposed to make sense of how our mechs are supposed to go together?
