On my Highlander 733c I have a ultra ac5 and a ac2. I put the ultra ac5 in the armored top ballistic hardpoint and the ac2 in the lower add on hardpoint. When I exit out of the mechbay they switch so the ac2 is in the top armored part and the ultra ac5 is on the bottom.
I saved my configuration afterwords and the problem persists.
I know this isn't a serious bug, but I just thought I would point it out.
