AGAIN jj class 3 used for jenners and lights wont be effected from dat.

If it hits poptarts hard enough, it will hit jumpjet brawlers too hard. Plus, what about Raven and Trebuchet jump snipers? Your solution doesn't make more sense; it just arbitrarily nerfs everything 60+ tons with jumpjets.
