I must give PGI props on the Highlander, I don't have one, but it's been hell on my Atlas RS and D which use to dominate the field. It forced me to change up my RS for some range, which was nice because it was just a faster version of my D. While I enjoy beating the snot out of the enemy and walking away with 4-6 kills every match it's a nice change to actually have to work for it. I look forward to the next flavor of the month and to see how good or bad the next chassis is!

Really its the same every time we get a new mech, next release we'll be hip deep in Fleas, after a few days it'll go back to normal just like it always does.

With the next medium it will be BlackjackWarrior-Online.
The next heavy will bring us OrionWarrior-Online.
See it here and now, I claimed those names first!
I can't hear it anymore!

Awww, finally wanted to Master out my Raven-3L and Jenner-D when the Flea came out (and master one variant of that as well). Well, guess next chassis I buy will be the Orion.

if the tolerance is Zero, Atlases, Awesomes and Stalkers won`t find matches until people are done leveling their highlanders

Of those you named, the Blackjack is the one most likely to have a high popularity. The flea with its limited payload an theoretical incremental speed above other lights will probably be a "once tried but quickly forgotten mech" The Orion, unless PGI creates hard points where they are not needed might not have a great following because it will not be "boat-able" at best 3 missile or maybe 4 energy... I'm being generous because the none of the canon variants require that many. While iconic like the dragon, it will be an unpopular mech... like the Dragon.

There will be no tonnage matching in the near future because reasons. All we get is class matching so that "pros" can rage at the people dropping in awesomes (and atlases) instead of stalkers or poplanders...
