Didn't break the 1k damage mark... when you do come back xD!

I've done it recently on my 3ERPPC 9M, but also a highlander built with a guass, 3ML, and 2 ALRM15's. How's that build go in a brawl? I tried running something similar but it was a guass and an extra ML with Artemis for the SRM's and found whilst I could take down a balanced Atlas 1v1, just too many poptarts to even get close to brawl.

Nice build. But with 2T ammo I'd be out of ammo half way through the match

.i suppose you are quite disciplined & an excellent shot.

depends on what map i play sometimes hard to come close, but i really hate all those poptarts ******** and i stick to brawl even if i have to die its still funny to come close to this naabs and alpha their faces :)

I have a similar build, except I use srm4's with artemis and 4 jump jets. I love jumping while brawling though. Nice work in that match.

2 jump jets
Gauss
2 LL
2 SRM6
1 SRM2
285 STD engine
DHS and ENDO
1.3 heat eff and 54 point Alpha strike. Works wonders.

Took off one ton of AC20 ammo and a heatsink, added second JJ and minor ammo placement tweaks.

You sure this is okay without AMS?

Up to you if you want AMS. I would put those heat sinks in the Engine though if youre running a 325. Not sure what the efficiency is on that, but its a neat build.

I don't know how many more times do I need to explain that putting the heatsinks in the torso would give the weapons a lower chance to be destroyed first if a body part is worn down to structure. Unless I missed something entirely.

Also I'm currently running it with 14DHS and a STD300 with exactly the same weaponry. Won't overheat unless you go crazy with Alpha.

Looks like almost identical build to mine, it just plays very nicely, although I often swap the AC20 out for a gauss which gives you a nicer range on the bigger maps, and I like how it plays a bit better, but all round I have to say the 733C is the most versatile highlander build going.

I love it. I'd probably drop the engine size a tick or go down to SRM4s just to squeeze on the max jumpjets, but that's me. I think the HL needs jets to distingquish itself from the Atlas.

But in any case, nailing people with an AC20 never gets old. Doing it while airborne can only be sweeter ;)

I think 1 jet is plenty on the highlander. If you're not using it for cross-map poptart sniping, 1 gives more than enough lift to get things done. You'll have no trouble firing over buildings and hills and you'll have no trouble at all hurdling enemies to get around behind them. 6 tons is a LOT of weight to sacrifice - and jumping higher isn't always a good thing to begin with (especially when your max speed is 64kph). It's like being a blimp in the middle of a warzone...

I saw one last night that was super effective and piloted very well. Not 100% sure of the config, Maybe it had a guass or 325xl, I am not 100% sure. I think it was like this...
