Has anyone had this occur across multiple mechs... I have only tested with one variant thus far... a JM6-DD

It was working fine for me until they made the weekend sale changes.. I'm sure they ninja changed something else and thats what caused this.

Several members of our group are having this problem too, mostly in assault 'Mechs, but not exclusively. Their viewscreens do not match their actual 'mech's location.

and if we can be very specific about ths desync issue as opposed to the rubberbanding/lag/ping related ones that seem similar:

The Desync issue began for me around 530pm cst. can anyone else confim a similar starting timeframe for the specific desync issue being listed.

I didn't record the time I started experiencing it from my end, but that actually doesn't sound too far off.

And then there's this:



Watch the attempted PPC blasts and such. Just flashes. It thinks I'm behind the hill, I imagine.

Its not mech related since I tried every single mech I have and still had the same problem. I have several assualts, heavies, and mediums, no dice on any of them.

I was on around 430 ish and was having no issues (cst). I logged off went and ate some dinner, took the dog out and didn't sit back down until around 630 cst and loaded in find but no matter what I do, i do 0 damage and appears i don't do anything, yet i'm talking and shooting mech's but apparently it's not counting my shots or something. So now everytime i play, no matter what I do, i have 0 damage, or i blow up all mysterious like...

I remember the time, because I had been playing for a while after the last patch change, and my kids began doing the PS3
thing, and i thought it was them screwing the bandwidth at first...

I am not getting the rubberbanding like that. my end seems to be continuously flowing until i die, though i die nearly instantly and find myself in a different location than i was in before.

my last test ended up with on the caldera in caustic and getting the OOBs warning and when I died I remained on the caldera and apparently OOB.

Just tried my Murmets, same issue. So it's not chasis specific.

The fact that they only ****** it up for a portion of the playerbase tells me they have some 'user specific' tweaking options that went nuts.

Yeah gaming companies give themselves options to make certain people miserable to encourage more cash out their pockets or for them to go away and stop being freeloaders.

It seems that would be counter productive for them at this point of developement.... not to mention a waste of resources when they should be working on the game, instead of manipulating the playerbase.

Same time for me too around 6:30 CST. Adding insult to injury it was the very first match after I bought my first chunk of mc for a Jagermech. Testing grounds work. All 3 cents and JM6-S are completely out of sync as soon as I start the match. I've even fired on team mates just to see if anyone yells at me. I use 0 ammo, can't zoom or target. Or rather there is a 60second + delay on zoom and target and my ammo will all of the sudden start expending the shots that I've tried using once again after a delay, the ammo delay is usually longer.

Speaking of modifications... I have modified my FOV and think im still running sweetfx for the better color from a while back... no issue with either until 530 pm cst today

I am desync'ed bad people told me i walked out of bounds last match and died.... i was chasing a mech on my screen and shooting him in the back and then died to a out of bounds......time out. Match before i got cored by LRM missles while in the forest cave. I was like how????

I began to experience the issue when I logged on at 6:30pm CST. The last time I had played was approximately 11pm 4-18-13 (last night) and I had absolutely 0 problems.

Description of issue:
Extreme delay in chat text
Laser and Ballistics respond immediately
Missiles fire after much delay
Vision toggles make audio triggers, but do not change until a big delay
Zooming does not take effect until 5-10 seconds or better if at all.
I seem to be viewing the battlefield in real time but no one responds to my location and cannot capture any points

Even though I still believe it's most likely an accident, who would they even be trying to target anyways? They can't be targeting premaders, because I've been pugging and they once said that more people premade than pug. It can't be freeloaders, because you and other people in this thread are founders/payers (I'm a freeloader myself). If they want people to spend more, how are the people experiencing this going to make the mental connection between spending more and ceasing to experience the desyncing? It would most likely have the polar opposite effect.
