So I previously purchased the Digital Unlock for my AWS-9M prior to the last patch. After the patch, I've boughten the Phranken (unlock) for my AWS-8R and since converted both the 9M and 8R to Phranken. My unlocked Digital is gone. It is showing that I have to purchase the Unlock again for 750 MC.
Does anyone know where I can file a formal complaint to get this resolved?
