Let me get this straight. You're playing a team-based game alone and complaining? Do you not see the disconnect here.

This. You should try to play with your team and than complain here noob! http://mwomercs.com/...ost-town-on-ts/

Adapt or die...

This is a stupid reply. Most people will do neither thing: they will just leave, because they perceive that the game sucks because it's full of griefers.

In my current ELO bracket, even pugging, I've found that I see a good swathe of pretty decent and friendly pilots.

Its pretty nice.

This is a fallacy you do not play exclusively against people of your = Elo.That would make matches too fun. (probably take longer to populate. ie longer wait time prematch)

Instead both teams have a similar Elo balance, the entire team can ranged from "4000+ matches played Vets" to "I've tried 3 of the trial mechs beginners".

While I don't disagree with their being decent and friendly pilots, this isn't something that is Elo bracket specific.

When I can spot the same players over and over and over again, a bracket is forming.

I'm well aware of the workings of an ELO system.
