Out of all the clan lore, Clan Jade Falcon is the most focused and true to the way of clans.

You might have mis read Ed,
He was declaring his allegiance TO Clan Jade Falcon, just that he has not yet won a Bloodname.
Hardly a comment worthy of cursing, and certainly not a hinderance to his ability to serve the Clan?

Yeah I know my profile is House Kurida but that's because right now I am reading "Close Quarters" and I like Casandra. Shes a good scout.
Believe me my heart is Jade Falcon!
Joanna = HOT
Even for an "old" mechwarrior (30 years and older in clan terms). She made a good drill sgt...or falconer as well

I would not make that boast if I were you. A retraction may be called for.
I agree.
A Clan whose SaKhan resorts to a coward trap to assassinate the enemy Clan's Khan, whose warriors disguise themselves as bandits to force a break of a bargain struck by the IlKhan, whose Khan tries to illegally Absorb a Clan twisting facts and Clan law may not be defined the most focused and true to the Way of the Clans.

All sounds like the stuff Nicholas Kerensky pulled on the Wolverines?
Maybe he got it wrong, maybe Clan Wolf is not truly worthy of his genes?

It was for a different reason: keep united the young Clan society. Otherwise, a new bloody war might have started if a show of force was not happen.
The Jade Falcons did it for their own good.

Really? I thought canon painted the picture they were doing it for all the "Crusaders", I recall some Clan Wolf warriors joined the Red Corsair, and there was a vote by the Grand Council on the Refusal war?
But in either case, it still would appear that Nicholas's ethics and Jade Falcons are more aligned ?
I'm just playing with you Cyclone, it's all good
Just for laughs OK

Here it happens again.. If for once i do not put any smile ( ) in my post someone thinks i am offended, angered or taking it too seriously
It is just that i am still disappointed/angered/offended for the Timberwolf debacle, you understand, i am taking it to heart.
Back to topic: The vote of the Council was on a Trial of Refusal, not Absorption. Moreover, after the death of IlKhan Ulric Kerensky (in a treacherous assassination, do not forget ) the Refusal should have lost its meaning.

I didn't think that, I was just clarifying. I have been getting a bashing on another thread and thought I should just spell it out
Back on topic, Nicholas did show similar ethics. Yes he won and re wrote the history books, but the ethics were still the same.

Well, what else can i say? The history repeats itself and history is written by the victor. Clan Wolv.. I mean, the poor guys of the not-named Clan were not the victors
