god that would be so wonderful. i mean the MG portion.

not sure if the LBX needs a damga buff as much as it needs a mechanic rework. or a cluster spread tweak.

Agreed. Frankly I just lumped them together because they've been neglected so long, and I'd accept any tweak over nothing.

Bad idea, the more patches you add the likelyhood of PGI fudging it up by misplacing a decimal point grows exponentially. We'd get two patches in and wind up with a LBX that hits for 100 per pellet.

At this point I think LBXes deserve a "day of the Artemis" like LRMs got.

No, the worst thing would be if they mix up the sign of damage factor, and suddenly LBX starts healing enemy mechs. :ph34r:

^ At least it would have some effect on gameplay aside from the occasional LBX ammo explosion.

LB-X needs to be anywhere between 1.3-1.5 with serious reduction in spread. Let's test this PGI, us and you together!

If it turns out to be any good, they'll say "we tested it internally and a Spider could core an Atlas from behind in 3 seconds, so no fun for you!", if DHS are any indication...

A Spider 5K with 4 MGs and a flamer has 3 tons of weapons before ammo. It should be at least as much of a threat as a 5D with 3 MLs in terms of firepower.

When I come across one in my Jenner, my thought should be "Ah, a worthy opponent."

Not "Poor guy, I hate leveling."
