So........PGI placed the "General Discussion" forum to the archives, made all the other forums where it would be relevant "non-postable" and relegated the place where people can post gripes to the hinterlands of forum hell where most new members would probably never look. Hmm....looks like they can't take the heat or they're concerned with being able to sell MC to new customers in my opinion. Either way it has the appearance of trying to stifle dissent.

I've played a lot of computer games over the years and every MW title for the most part but I've never seen such a regressive group of people as PGI. I remember the days when developers made games for the love of making them and released them when they were finished and maybe released a couple patches. They ran awesome on just about every machine and we got thousands of hours of enjoyment until the next game came out.

People need to stop defending them. They are collecting money and selling a defective product. Regardless of the fact that they're calling it a "BETA" it's still a released product with real customers. It's only "BETA" in name and an extremely broken one at that. At this time to me it looks like all they're concerned about is keeping the cash flowing while pretending to fix problems that have existed since its introduction.

So if you're still reading this stuff PGI then you need to know that you've lost this customer for the most part and why. I supported you from the beginning but I've spent a lot of money on MC so I have a right to ***** about this.

1. Running this on one or two servers behind a crappy internet connection at this stage of the release is stupid. All the bottlenecks are on your end and you know it. You should be running this on multiple locations on stable connections.

2. The bugs are rampant and getting worse. No mini-map, crashes, black screens, super bad lag (all the time now), graphic glitches up the wazoo. Players don't need hula girls or pay for fancy cammo, they just need a game that works for 99%, 99% of the time.

3. Blaming the individual user for all the problems that you guys know about is a cop out. You did it to me so my guess is that you probably do it to everyone else you can when it's convenient. Looking at a DX file and stating "sorry but the problem is on your end" is an excuse to blow off the problem.

I probably won't come back at this point. I'm tired of seeing a new patch only to be disappointed.

Point 1: Prove their server infrastructure layout and networking before assuming. You'll be quite surprised to know it's more than just "one or two servers"

Point 2: They are aware of the bugs, please continue to place support tickets in so they can gather all of the relevant information to assist. They are a lot harder to track down than most people think.

Point 3: not sure what you're talking about here, but I'd suggest you re-open your support ticket and ask for escalation.

No one ever complains about the important stuff, like why there's no international forum for Tetatae.

Greetings!

Welcome to KAETETôã

Home of the MODS

It is here that we Forge

Terrible threads into bad threads

Bad threads into good threads

And good threads into great threads.

If this thread is new to k-town it is

probably because it is terrible

worry not we are making it better already.

K-town does have 10 Commandments*

*10 for for now

We also have the Sacred Pages penned by the MODS themselves

And

The Gospel of the MODs written by Acolyte of the Word RoadBeer

Also

Enjoy the BATTLE HYMN OF THE MODS / POST LERIAN JIHAD WAR CHANT

Please review these so you too

Can post better and enjoy the blessings of the MODs

While avoiding being smote first

In the coming Digipocalyse.

Praise the MODS, Tremble before the ELDER MODS.

Also part of our family here is the

Post Lerian Jihad

“We Post better than you”

While their official home is now in Depe

Their mission of speaking truth to stupid

And civilizing not just the wilds

But all of the forums.

Enjoy your stay here in K-town

Of course I like round things, I'm a monster Mack.

Also, I have returned, combining two categories of macks into one!
