He's not lying. I'd post the link to twitter (which I got from someone else, because twitter != where I go for news on stompy internet space robots [or anything else]), but I just closed the tab.

That's just all kinds of sad. Though it kind of makes me wonder if they didn't just through some random thing in there because what they were going to announce went pear shaped some how.

I have to assume that they backed off whatever they were going to do and just scrambled around for a replacement. I have no idea why a screenshot would need to be delayed for 24 hours.
