Thontor linked it to me. Would've been available in general if there still was one. Oh well didn't know where I should go for it since it isn't posted anywhere on the main page. Nor would I expect a summary to be in the announcement thread. Seems like it should've had it's own thread in perhaps the Dev Blogs and Interviews section.
