I just installed the latest drivers from AMD (came out yesterday I think) and am getting more CTDs than I've ever had, 4 total today. Previously I haven't CTD in probably a month of playing. Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't use the new drivers, but i get also three CTDs after the new MWO hotfix, never had so many before .
Maybe its the Hotfix and not the AMD drivers.

I had the opposite experience, I kept on getting disconnected and then updated to the new drivers and didn't get disconnected yet. I am still getting the rubberbanding though. Although it is not as pronounced as before.

Download this Atiman Uninstaller v.7.0.2 and run it, it cleanly wipes the drivers, I use it every time I update drivers for my GPU. Then try fresh install of the driver, if that doesn't cure it then wipe it again and revert to 13.1, it's what I run.

Not sure how AMD works with their drivers, but with Nvidia I have had really bad luck with beta drivers as opposed to release drivers, may be something similar, good luck.

Did you also submit this via a support ticket?

yeah I sent in a ticket and I'll have to try the uninstaller. This isn't the beta driver its the newest released one. version 13.4.

It's probably not the drivers, it's the hotfix they released to fix rubberbanding. I'm on AMD and did not download those new drivers and I have the same issues at times, so that points to the hotfix introducing the problem.

I can verify this, I kept at the older stable drivers and got CTD's every 2 to 3 games. I reinstalled the game and I've been playing for the last 2 hours with no crashes. Gonna try upgrading my ATI drivers now...

Atiman messed up my drivers really bad so that I could no longer boot to Windows. I could also not install or delete the drivers using ATI's official driver software, so the solution was to clean them in Safe Mode using Driver Fusion, which finally let me re-install them.
