From what I can tell by the video it looks good on a technical level. Especialy if this is your first time using max or any cg modeling program. what i dont like is the aesthetic, I've seen some pictures of the mk4 and compared to your model there isnt a big comparison. first off you legs are too short. they also have the wrong shape. also the cockput is way too long. it looks like its going to tip over at any moment.
What did you use for reference? maybe its like this in your reference so in that case my arguments regarding its likeness are invalid. but this is what i'm thinking about when you say madcat mk4
Also the animation is very wooden. Now this is probably from inexperience so I wouldnt worry about it for now as this can only get better by practicing and observing how things move.
overall a good first attempt.
Also sorry if i come off as harsh but i think suggarcoating critique's is disrespectfull and not very usefull to beginning CG artists.
