Have to admit it looks inttriguing. I absolutely love the Mechwarrior series but so far I haven't seen much about MWO. Show me something that makes me want to buy all this stuff with hard earned cash and I'll go from there...

How many could really say yes?
The poll looks like a good setup against PGI, to make the controller and it's adoption look bad for PGI, that's cool of you.
That's one way to frame words and a poll to help make sure the controller doesn't get made.
How many could really say yes?
People have to think before making topics, there are consequences to your words and actions.
How many could really say yes to your question as logical reasonable people?
Nice poll.

EDIT dont want the joystick because my joystick has more buttons and i already have it. No need to buy something i already have. Also is it modular can i just get the screen if i cant use my touch i might do that.

The module on the left is a glorified USB numpad.
The joystick is lackluster in buttons and options. One button, one trigger, a (likely 8 direction) nub and a D-pad. It's adjustable and has rumble, but those two don't excuse the lack of... everything else.
If the screen isn't touch it's useless. Would you honestly look down from your monitor to see the same information that's displayed on your monitor's HUD? The only way the screen could be redeemable is if you could ping or draw on the minimap and form a strategy and initiate tactics. Otherwise the screen is actually detrimental.
The only useful thing about this is the throttle.
The whole teaming up with a peripheral company to deliver a concept is really cool, but the execution is quite the opposite.
And no, this isn't going to cost $20. I'd be surprised if it didn't cost more than 10x that amount.
I can see where fans would want to use a joystick and throttle to aid with immersion (hell, I've played most of my MW's with a joystick) but the fact is that you can get better elsewhere for significantly cheaper.
I honestly would've preferred if the Artemis was just the IS rediscovering the Artemis IV FCS. That's saying a lot because a week-long wait for a LoS-dependant fire control system is a bit silly.

On that end, if this were made by Thrustmaster without the screen, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

The G940 still seems to be the best H.O.T.A.S. right now (force-feedback, dual-throttle, and pedals).

That said, what they *have* shown, does definitely look cool.
