if it is a joystick, needs some foot switches/peddles. looks nice.
I am going to pull out my Saitek Joystick Throttle set for MWO and combine it with my Nostromo keypad.

The unit is built in a modular manner. In otherwords, lefties you can switch the modular pieces as you see fit. Because it is modular there is no need to produce a left handed exclusive model of the product.
1) Nothing has suggested that it's modular. There was a part of the video where the screen was removed to show arrows representing the keypad and stick talking to each other. The heading for this wasn't "modular pieces", it was "Inter-device communication". The closest to 'modular' we got was "adjustable", but based on the rods under the monitor, I think you can adjust the stick and pad in and out but it's still one big unit.
2) The stick would still be oriented the wrong way. Having the autoacq / reject switch (whatever it's called, that's what it's called in an F-15) under your palm is annoying.
Honestly I think they should do it just to support mouse + stick. HOTAS Mechwarrior is a folly that's gone on for long enough.
