hello

i noticed another interesting feature of mwo

when you disconect during a match , exedentaly or not
and you log in again , you can take another mech and play another match

this is fantastic for farming money rly fast
i just dump a mech , diconect , reconect , and dump another mech into a fight
rinse and repeat

as i red earlier posts , ppl ware complaining that when they ware disconected and tried to log in they had no way of starting another match becaus all the mechs were turned grey

instead of letting ppl face that screen , why not place them back into the game they ware disconected from , theres no garantee theyre mech is destroyed yet

Disconnecting is regarded like regularely leaving a match. When you have left the match the Battlemech u used for this match stays in this match until it's finished. In theorie you can now climb into an other mech you posses and enter an other match...and so on.
You wont get any reward until you did at least some dmg or u got destroyed before disconnecting / leaving the match.
Doing so in a prolongued process WILL draw attention by gamemasters and will be punished accordingly.

yes but why not let ppl get back into the match after they disconected and reconected ?

for the person its anoying , and for the team its kinda upsetting

They have stated numerous times that they are working in this, but apparently nobody actually reads when the devs post something, which is why almost nobody knows about it.

Here is a link to the Official Griefing, Exploits, and Farming Thread, wherein the rules specifically state that dropping into matches, disconnecting on purpose, and then getting into other matches with other Mechs just to Farm C-bills will get your account sanctioned. Anyone who is discovered to be doing this should be reported to support@mwomercs.com

Concerning the idea of reconnecting mid-match, the Developers are working on that and they intend to get that feature into the game at some point in the future.
