How is this for mismatch.

6 lights vs 6 assaults. Now why couldn't the stupid MM put a couple of our lights on their side?

Did I mention this game laucnhed very quickly too? So MM felt this was a great match up.

Tonnage mismatch? Yes, should not really happen but apparently still does.

Elo mismatch? Not necessarily but worth looking in to. Remember, an assault with an Elo of 1200 is "mathematically" just as valuable as a Raven.

Instant Match: For you. Not necessarily for the other 15 players, maybe they had been waiting 3 minutes and the Matchmaker just took whatever hit launch next to finally get the match filled? ;)

Send the Screen and description to support@mwomercs.com and they can actually use the data to consider a change. :D

The only reasonable goal for an Elo system is to *reduce* the number of mismatched games. It cannot eliminate them entirely.

I still see quite a few wild mismatches. I can quite literally post hundreds of 8-0 screenshots in favor of one side or the other with a great many displaying two 4 mans on one side and a team made up of lone wolves on the other with half of them being total newbies riding trial mechs that probably have less than 50 matches under their belt.

As I've said many times, although Elo has improved things, it very often completely falls on its face and creates a lot of horrendously mismatched matches....

...I'd much sooner get a failed match that see a lot of the BS matches I'm seeing.
