Who remembers the beginnings? Mech Commander; taking control of Zulu company and taking back Inner Sphere control of Port Arthur from the Clan Smoke Jaguars. This game and its series from Mech Commander to Mechwarrior was my beginnings to PC gaming unless you want to count Star Wars: X-wing on 3 1/2" floppy drive, on good ol' DOS! I miss the old faces of the original mech's, like Mad Cat, and Masakari.

Good game. I know a lot of guys that had Mech Commander be their first introduction to the BT universe.

MechCommander was such a great game... I spent a lot of time into that game in my childhood and I'm definitely looking forward to a MC3 or a reboot or whatever it could be. As long as the graphics are MC Esq and not anything like MC2. I favor those sprites (units, weapons, terrain and flow during gameplay) 150% more

I love the way the fog of war worked in MechCommander. It wasn't realistic, but it turned every square meter of ground into a tactical decision.
And the music. . .
