Can anyone PM me and direct me to the latest news on LRMs? I remember reading something relatively recent concerning changes to missiles that should arrive pretty soon...

can we have mounted cockpit items ala wallpapers with bikini girls :) or something else. the mech cockpits walls have enough place for cool stuff. :)

Any ideas on what PGI is going to have MASC do? The flea sounds like a lot of fun and i will deff add it to my collection. I own every light mech chasis. Once I level my jenners i will have mastered them all! (insert evil laugh)

Underwhelming considering we only have maybe 9 patches left to full launch.

No more freaking MC stuff, no more maps, put some effort into fixing the damned HUD bugs. 50% of the games I play are nearly unplayable because of the HUD bugs. I already re-install, run repair, update drivers, it is not me, it is the code.

There you go. They work harder with every day they cant solve it to finally do so. If they can find and solve the issues, we might even see a hotfix before the next patch.

And ffs again: the developers can't all just stop doing their job to help searching. They all work for different parts/departments with different skills. e.g. a 3D artist cant debug code!

You do realize that just updating your drivers does not fix 100% of the bugs, right? It's just a general fix for instability. If your hardware isn't suited for MWO, you get bugs as well. Don't blame the source if you haven't checked everything. Part of a tester's job is to get all the information possible to other testers and the developers of the thing your testing. That is how said thing gets fixed. And becomes playable. And stops unnecessary QQ like what I'm responding to. Can you tell I'm not pleased with you?

Because of DHS 1.4 and missiles nerfed, all mechs are same ****.

In the last 4 months they have introduced some host-state-rewind, found a Cryengine bug that was causing HUD issues, introduced several new Mech chassis lines, 2 new maps, new modules, and other stuff. They gave some information about the state of missile weapon and ECM rebalancing and an impending JumpJet/Poptart-adjustment in the NGNG podcast #72, and also the command chair posts on Weapons balance regarding how they are working to deal with excessive energy boating.

They have been doing a ton of work on the back-end, and also they are developing a new social infrastructure/territory capture gameplay environment. We don't see that stuff in terms of mere patch content.

So... They have introduced many things, and the May 21st patch will also bring in more balancing fixes. The next few patches will balance things further. Of course, this is if you believe the game will last that long / if the perilously dwindling player base sticks around / etc.

i use 360 target retention on my DDC with 3 streaks for those pesky lights. Matter of fact I use 360 on most my streaked mechs. Some have both the 360 and adv target decay. Seismic allows you see mechs you would not be able to normally obtain a lock on without a line of sight. Its the mostly deadly module out there. nothing beats having the element of surprise..

So what, no creative dev update for June? The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable and infuriating, especially with this BS "malformed packet" bug.
