I noticed that when your pilot moves the thrust lever in their mech it moves in the opposite direction of what would be perceived as normal.

i.e. the pilot moves the thrust lever backwards to move forward, instead of forward to move forward.

Haven't noticed this, if you could take a video (suggest FRAPS) and submit with a support ticket (see Support tab up to) this may help them look into it more than a forum post.

Also, have you tried running the repair tool found here

to see if there is an issue with your application?
