Add night plus rain, snow, lightnings, an alien invansion, a volcano AAND I really would like to see some cats and horses too

I like the sandstorm idea, changing visibility affecting radar dep. I've been in a sandstorm & one thing that most don't know about is the static discharges that occur from all the particles banging into each other. So let's add in a random static strike that would disable all electronics for 1 to 2 secs while those systems reset.

kind'a like everybody getting hit by a ppc at once...kinda' cool thing to think about.
