As of 10am PDT we are bringing the servers down, and I will update this with any additional updates as they are told to me. See you star-side!

Air Strike Improvements:

- There is now a plane that flies over the sky when an Air Strike is called.

Gameplay

- Players can now change the colours on their Hero Mechs.
- Players can reset the colours of their Hero Mechs using the colour channel selection.
- Enemy Mechs stay targeted for ~2 seconds after they die, showing you (briefly) what area was destroyed to put the Mech down.

Front End

- Fixed friends list size limitation.
- Better incoming message notification.
- Improved message context sensitivity.
- Chat Color coding/User identification.
- Decoupled Anti-Aliasing from System Spec option.
- Implemented brightness/Gama option.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where users were being disconnected during game.
- Fix for possible soft lock users experienced while playing a match.
- Fixed a crash that some users experienced when the end of round screen timer ran out and they were kicked back to the Mech Lab.
- Fix multiple control rebind issues.
- Fix for 'Mechs losing the ~1km/h with speed tweak.
- Fixed a black screen bug that could happen to users after the loading screen.

Known Issues

- HUD issues.
- We will be pushing a hot fix for this issue as soon as it is addressed.

No, he means that PGI Employees are now getting access to the Orbital Bombardment consumable... they'll be Beta Testing it on us at random times throughout the next month or so... ;)

It would be nice if they started mixing up the content delivery. For those of us who are going to pass on the Hero Mech, we have to wait for next patch to get really excited.

I'd like to see the map and the hero then next week the new chassis. That would string me along for the whole month.

I said it in another thread too, but the only thing that could make that a more accurate depiction of air strikes is if the BOOM BOOM BOOM were replaced with a little "pop pop poof."

Everyone was terrified that Artillery and Airstrikes would be pay to play. Then it came. Now everyone cries because they suck. Well, yeah... We cried them into feeling inadequate. Even Bob from that commercial stopped smiling.

The strength of a feature is always a factor in being pay-to-play. Nobody cares if something's weak.
