Yeah, it's pretty clear that it takes too long to finish new content for any part of your comment to be true.

besides map design shouldn't be too dependent on metagame. since metagme changes all the time

One of the other big downsides to the stalker is the gigantic torsos, in which said exploding gauss would be mounted.
Along with an XL engine if you want more than 2 PPCs to go with it.
Think about that for a second: XL engine, exploding gauss rifle, gigantic side torsos...

Well, from the image looks like the minimum hardpoints will be:
RT: Missile x1 (SRM6)
LT: Ballistic x1 (Gauss)
RA/LA: 2x Energy per
CT: 1x Energy
So minimum of 5Energy, 1Missile, and 1Ballistic.

Yes, with a 250xl and 14 DHS plus substandard armor...
That's a great idea [/sarcasm]
People keep saying this, like they kept saying the quad UAC/5 jäger would be so awesome.
Funny, I never see quad UAC/5 jägers.

I sometimes play a quad UAC/5 Jager. It destroys an opponent or two and then runs out of ammunition. Enemies are often shocked that they die so quickly. They are rarely shocked when they catch up to a JM6 that has no ammo.

even though i believe there QA misses alot of bugs(guessing over worked) don't think they are stuipd with builds. alot of chassis miss just that 1 slot to give it an wtf great build. 732 is a great example, do u think they were dumb? all the weps are on the same side if u peak out on left side to shot, shots hit rock. u have to run xl to get a decent speed, shot guass arm mech get nerfed. meta needs a full cycle of mechs to come out/balance before it can form

If you want to devote at least 39 tons for weapons and ammo. Not counting the heat sinks needed to keep that thing cool. Then there is the armor and engine. However you seem to be missing some thing about this hero mech.
At least one energy point is in the CT. Can't fit a PPC in the CT. Stalkers have eight hard points. The hero mech has all three weapon types. at least five of them are known. What we do not know is were those other three hard points will be. Misery could have four energy points, but two of them could be in the CT, with one in each arm. The other two remaining hard points could be a missile and ballistic. they could have the mech's hard point layout looking like this...
RA 1 energy
RT 2 missile
CT 2 energy
LT 2 ballistic
LA 1 energy
Or it could have one energy in the CT and three ballistics in the left torso, or one missile and ballistic and two energy in each arm. It could even have four missile points in the right torso. We just don't know.
There really is no call for nerd rage about boating, and how this hero mech is OP. Seeing as non of the hero mech are OP I find it hard to believe this one will be.
