Ever since this last patch my mouse cursor stays on the screen threw out the entire game. Once it does it one time it will then stay on in every single game I play until I restart the client. After I restart the client it will let me play a few games with out it and then it will appear again and stay until I restart again.

Are you Alt-Tabbing out of the game? Thats when it happens for me and has been like that for several patches. Only fix for me was to not Alt-Tab out.
