The 4.0 recycle is a good start to balancing PPC. Its a very hard situation to create a perfect balance between brawling and sniping. Everyone going to have bias based on preferences in fighting. But everyone should keep an open mind to modifications to allow both to work effectively.

I think we too often fall into "This weapon is OP, nerf it!", but in many cases it is because other weapons have already been overnerfed that the latest "OP" weapon exists. Not saying that PPC's are perfect as is, but this pattern of buffing and nerfing back and forth is gettin old.
