poptarts dont exactly strafe to avoid incoming fire. Most dont even change location for the next jump.

If its 1v1 i normally win vs them in my stalker since if your moving *and* hitting them with a constant bararge on their way up, its pretty difficult for them to return fire. half the time they just cut the JJ's and go back to cover.

Don't understand why people always complain about the game parameters instead of *thinking* of a way to counter the things they don't like. Personally I never suffered from all the issues that were generally seen as "big problems" with weapon balancing.
Why not simply learn and adapt?
If a 6PPC Stalker fires at me, usually I try not to be where the shot lands, and often manage to...
IMHO every chance should be exploited to get better in finding cover and *avoid* being hit

Well, I guess that's just the way it is in a multiplayer online game...

PPC cooldown increased *sigh*

So much for waiting until the rest of the weapons systems were fixed before shooting from the hip with PPC balance changes.

Will this really effect a 3 PPC poptart Highlander? No, not really.

Will this really effect a Spider 5D who uses the PPC as his only weapon? Yup, a lot.

Peachy.

PPC's are working as intended. It's just everything else that sucks.
