Last I heard about it was from a support rep on May 3rd, when I submitted a ticket, who stated it was a known issue and would be addressed in the May 7th patch. It was not.

If your network route changes, you should really contact the point of origin (either/both the node that is suffering from the packet loss and/or the node before the "split" is made). This would help your overall network connection significantly...
