If you're advertising your clan with a 4man group in pugs..

Do NOT bring all ECM Atlas Cheese...it's not impressive. It's quite the opposite.

Atlas with ECM isn't exactly cheese. You are basically hurting your own team by doing so.

magician is right. X hgn jump snipers would wreck X ddcs. the only mechs that help your team right now are TBT-jump snipers, HGN-jump snipers, 3L, 3D-jump sniper, 4+ppc STK (hgn > stk though). this is the current meta. tuesday might bring changes if SRMs are fixed (host state rewind + splash/increased dmg). ECM getting nerfed so DDCs are even less useful after tuesday without SRM changes. SSRMs/LRMs might become part of the meta with BAP becoming a hard counter to ECM.

Saw a 4-man Highlander merc. group today, but they were too busy poptarting to advertise anything.

Play well, win, have people look up your name and team. That's one way to advertise.

How to not be accepted to a competitive team:

1. Apply to a competitive team.
2. Go post about your distaste for "cheese builds" on the forums.
