Need To Change Chat Text Color

Half the time I can't make out the dark blue Team chat line. I've not found a way to modify text colors there. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

now that they have solved the HUD issues, they should find a way to make it customizable.

Maybe in UI 2.0, not sure if I have seen it there in the discussions or not.
