I keep getting this popup when I try to play. My video card is a ATI Radeon HD 3200. Does this card meet the minimum requirements?

You can probably play anyway, just fyi. It's just that you're no gonna get good performance, or as good performance as you would with an in-specs card.

This can also be a driver-related error. I had this error with my 5850 for a short while until the 13.1 driver release.

Still, a 3200 is scraping the bottom as far as cards to play this on, but as long as the game runs and you feel it's playable, that's all that matters. You should just be able to skip this message and try to play anyways, but no promises on it being playable regardless of setting (you might get 10fps at minimum setting and resolution, if lucky).
