No.

If you're going to post a poll for an argument as volatile as this you should at least include something other than the barest hint of an opinion.

Progress is slow because small changes can have huge ramifications to the game in general. LRM damage was changed by 0.2 at one stage in closed beta and you would have thought Ragnarok had started. I'm glad PGI are actually thinking and testing before making changes.

They are doing a good job (IMHO of course), despite the doom and gloom forecast here on a regular basis.

Also.... clan weaponry. Imagine some of the existing mechanics applied to clan weapons. Suddenly LRM's don't seem so weak when a clan LRM20 weighs half that of the IS version and has no minimum range.

I think i can do better myself.
And i have experience in balancing MMO's to say so.

I don't believe you. You got any evidence that support your claims? Because in my opinion, game balance progress is nice and steady, design choices of whomever are decent. And I am sure, they don't have just one balance-person. I don't have proof, but I wouldn't make another useless poll based on what I believe.

If anything PGI needs to tell their game balance guys to only visit the forums once a week and not take most of the suggestions put forth by the "community" seriously, especially those repeated 5+ times on the same page by the same violently vocal and astonishingly close-minded minority.

If even a fraction of the "well intended" (I always read that as "supports my own agenda and is therefore a good idea", anyway) suggestions were implemented, the game would be so broken we`d think it`s Pac-Man.

Negative feedback is just as welcome to these boards as positive feedback. But if you want to post such feedback, please refrain from attacks against players or staff. Those are unnecessary and not welcome. In fact they are a violation of the Code of Conduct.
